Stephen Deering

Stephen Deering is a Managing Director with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex, high-profile projects across the nuclear, rail, and infrastructure sectors. He specialises in project recovery, commercial governance, compliance, and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

A chartered accountant (ACA), MCIOB, and NVQ Level 7 Senior Construction Management professional, Stephen brings expertise in project delivery, NEC3/4 and JCT contract administration, commercial governance, and regulatory compliance management systems. His experience includes leading major projects on nuclear licensed sites, new build rail, and rail upgrade programmes.

Known as a trusted project troubleshooter, Stephen brings clarity, confidence and control to complex situations. Combines commercial discipline with operational leadership to protect client interests, manage risk and ensure safe, compliant and successful project delivery.

Arpitha Ravishankar

Arpitha Ravishankar is a Construction Project Officer with a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. She specialises in project controls, NEC and JCT contract administration and digital project delivery.

She brings a strong combination of technical, commercial, and compliance, with experience in variation administration, audits, procurement, and ISO-aligned management systems. Arpitha also excels in tendering activities, planning and bid development. Proficient in digital construction platforms and structured reporting, she supports efficient, data-driven project delivery across all project stages.

Known for her proactive and detail-oriented approach, Arpitha works collaboratively with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with client, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Anusha Rijal

Anusha Rijal is a Commercial and Compliance Officer with a background in financial management and business operations within the construction sector. A Business Management graduate and part qualified ACCA, she specialises in financial reporting, cost control, procurement and compliance processes.

She has experience in payroll, financial controls, reporting and compliance processes, with a focus on maintaining structured, audit-ready documentation, including ISO and Achilles accreditation. She also supports tendering activities, subcontractor coordination, and supplier engagement, contributing to effective pre-contract planning and procurement.

With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, she contributes to efficient regulatory compliance and streamlined project support. Anusha is known for her organised, proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
